Basic
This course provides learners with the essential knowledge and skills to manage waste safely, responsibly, and in line with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements in the NDIS and individual support sectors. Effective waste management is critical to maintaining hygienic, safe, and sustainable environments for participants, workers, and the community.

This course introduces support workers to the importance of writing clear, accurate, and professional progress notes as part of quality care under the NDIS framework. It explains the purpose of progress notes – to document client support, track changes, and communicate effectively with the care team – ensuring accountability and continuity of care. By the end, learners will be able to write concise, objective, and legally compliant notes that reflect the client’s progress, support provided, and any incidents or concerns.

Intermediate
This course provides an overview of Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Environmental Management as they apply in NDIS, aged care, and disability support services. It ensures workers understand their legal obligations, how to follow organisational policies and procedures, and practical ways to keep themselves, participants, and the environment safe.
Intermediate
The purpose of this course is to provide support workers with the knowledge and practical skills required to understand, manage, and reduce the use of physical restraint in disability and aged care settings. Physical restraint is recognised as an intrusive restrictive practice that should only ever be used as a last resort, when all other strategies have failed and there is an immediate risk of harm to the participant or others.
This training aims to ensure that learners understand the legal definition of physical restraint under the NDIS Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support Rules 2018, the serious risks associated with its misuse, and the conditions under which it may be applied. By completing this course, workers will be able to act safely, ethically, and in compliance with regulations, while protecting the dignity and rights of the people they support.
Intermediate
The purpose of this course is to equip learners with essential knowledge and practical competencies to effectively identify, respond to, and report incidents, accidents, and emergencies within NDIS and community support environments. Learners will gain a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities under the NDIS Practice Standards, including the correct procedures for notification, documentation, and communication during critical situations. This course supports the development of a proactive and safety-focused culture, ensuring that all participants receive high-quality, safe, and person-centred care. It also promotes compliance, transparency, and accountability within service organisations.
Intermediate
The purpose of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively manage teams in disability and aged care settings. Managing teams in these environments requires a strong understanding of participant rights, the NDIS Practice Standards, and workplace compliance obligations.
The course will help learners understand how to build trust, allocate responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and support staff performance while keeping the wellbeing and dignity of participants at the centre of all decisions. By completing this course, learners will gain practical strategies that can be immediately applied in their workplaces to create stronger, safer, and more cohesive teams.
Intermediate
The purpose of this course is to equip NDIS workers with the knowledge and practical skills needed to apply the NDIS Code of Conduct in real workplace situations. While many workers may be aware of the Code as a set of written standards, this course goes further by linking each principle to practical case studies, role-plays, and real-life examples.
Learners will not only understand the rules but also practise decision-making in complex scenarios where rights, responsibilities, and ethical challenges overlap. The overall aim is to promote safe, respectful, and high-quality support services that protect participant wellbeing and strengthen public confidence in the NDIS system.
