Intermediate
The purpose of this course is to prepare NDIS and disability support workers to confidently identify, report, and respond to misconduct through safe whistleblowing practices. Whistleblowing is a critical part of maintaining trust and accountability within disability services, as it ensures that misconduct such as fraud, abuse, neglect, or unsafe practices is brought to light.
This training will give workers not only the knowledge of what whistleblowing means but also the confidence to act when required. It reinforces the fact that reporting misconduct is a responsibility shared by everyone in the workplace, and it highlights the legal protections available to workers who make disclosures in good faith.
