The purpose of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively manage teams in disability and aged care settings. Managing teams in these environments requires a strong understanding of participant rights, the NDIS Practice Standards, and workplace compliance obligations.
The course will help learners understand how to build trust, allocate responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and support staff performance while keeping the wellbeing and dignity of participants at the centre of all decisions. By completing this course, learners will gain practical strategies that can be immediately applied in their workplaces to create stronger, safer, and more cohesive teams.
