The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework is the national system that ensures disability supports are safe, consistent, and participant-centred across Australia. This course introduces learners to the purpose, principles, and legislative foundations of the Framework, highlighting how it protects participant rights, sets service quality benchmarks, and ensures provider accountability. Learners will explore key requirements such as incident management, complaints handling, worker screening, behaviour support planning, and governance obligations.
