By completing this training, workers will develop the ability to identify when rights are at risk, prevent breaches through respectful practice, and respond appropriately when concerns arise. The course also aims to build awareness of the legal and ethical frameworks in Australia that guide service delivery, ensuring compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and related legislation.
