How 2Skill Was Created

2Skill began with a simple question inside the Disability and Aged Care sector. Why were so many good people unable to start or stay in meaningful work?

On one side were motivated individuals who wanted to contribute to the sector. On the other side were providers struggling with staff shortages and compliance demands. The barrier between them was training.

Many training options were too expensive, too rigid or not aligned with what the job truly required. With the support of Training4Work (RTO Code: 46298) and Optcare, a trusted NDIS provider established in 2019, we built 2Skill to remove those barriers.
